Resident in Harties, Bernice promotes her Jeff MaDISoN fantasy book series (in English, German and French), the awards nominated audiobooks (in CD and USB format) and the new colouring-in books at various shows, markets, fairs and expos around Johannesburg, neighbouring towns and suburbs.
Bernice has started to approach schools for a 45 minute "Meet the Author" event, which includes a colouring in competition with prizes, an interactive play with the appearance of the "Dragon Whisperer" and "Calidus" the dragon puppet, followed by book signings, questions and answers.
Ideally a 4x3m space, the stand includes a 3x2,25m branded banner as background, various banners on the two sides, spot lights and laser, "Watroc" the 2,12 x 2,28m animatronics dragon, the crazy witch "Angie" and evil witch "Zorka", two branded author chairs and cocktail table, a round carpet, a book branded promo table, a 3m flag, and various display stands.

Why not add a "kids" colouring-in competition to your market. All it takes is for you to allow us a little more space next to our stand, provide seating in form of a wooden bench or we'll provide a plastic table and two chairs. We'll take care of the rest by issuing a colouring-in page for the competition, a signed colour-in-book and crayons to keep, supervision and various prizes to be won.

After the successful Frankfurt Book-fare in October 2019, where Bernice sold 345 signed books in one and a half days, she decided that exhibiting her books together with story related merchandise personally is one sure way of reaching the fantasy reading public. So, she extended the Jeff MaDISoN book signing stand with props, costumes, the huge water dragon "Watroc" and "Calidus" the dragon puppet.
